My role
As an area HSEQC co-ordinator with Expro, it is my responsibility to manage full integration of all bases and locations into Expro HSEQC reporting system due to the PWS integration and operations in Russia and Azerbaijan. I also look after compliance with relevant Labour Protection, Health and Environmental legislation in accordance with Expro’s HSE, Quality and Competence policies. What I like best about working for Expro
Eastern Europe / FSU is a fast growing area with big potential for oil field services companies. It now consists of three countries, Kazakhstan, Russia and Azerbaijan, and is the part of Europe region including UK, Holland, Norway and Italy. This means working closely with people from different cultural and working environments and sharing experience. There is the opportunity to develop into other roles. Expro provides its employees with a training programme specific to each position, offering great opportunities for personal and career development. If you want to work in a dynamic team, face more challenges and grow up as a competent specialist, then Expro is the place to be.
My Expro experience
I joined Expro in September 2001 with a bachelor’s degree in automation of technological processes from Pavlodar State University and a master’s degree in Economic Arts from KIMEP in Almaty, Kazakhstan. I started as PA to FSU (Former Soviet Union) Sales manager / Engineer. Next, in February 2006 I was promoted to operations support co-ordinator for Kazakhstan and in April, to operations support manager. In August 2006, I was appointed as area HSEQC co-ordinator.
